◆ Please review your service agreement to make sure we have all your information recorded correctly.
◆ The first initial service “flushes out” many pests that have been nesting inside/near your home. Therefore, it is common to see a slight increase in pest activity for the next 2-3 weeks.
◆ The awesome discount on your initial service is conditional on completion of the service agreement. Early cancellation will result in a reimbursement.
◆ Your first paid maintenance service will be next month, so we can ensure we get rid of your current pests and their nests. We don’t kid around.
◆ After your first two services, we’ll see you every three months for a regular treatment. That way, we hope to prevent pesky bugs from popping up, so you can avoid major headaches.
◆ We’ll always call, text, and email to let you know when we’re coming to your home, but you don’t need to worry about being home for outdoor treatments. Just make areas accessible by unlocking gates & securing pets on your service days and we’ll take care of the rest.
◆ Interior services aren’t typically needed, but if pest activity is present, let us know and we can take care of it at no additional cost.
◆ Your home is always 100% under warranty. If you see any pests in between your regular service treatments, give us a call. We’ll come out for FREE!
